Our philosophy in defending cases for our clients is to achieve the best result in the most cost-effective manner. In the more complex cases, this will often involve the delegation of work to an associate and/or a paralegal at correspondingly lower rates, with the partner having the authority as well as supervisory control over the manner and method of work. The partner retains ultimate file responsibility and will personally handle the important functions of a case, including significant depositions and trial.
