Ms. Augustine is a 1992 graduate of the University of Pittsgurgh and a 1997 graduate of Rutgers-Camden School of Law. A former law clerk to the Honorable Georgia M. Curio of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ms. Augustine currently practices in the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in the areas of products liability, employer liability and insurance coverage. She is a member of the Camden County Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Dana spends her spare time enjoying the City of Philadelphia's diverse culture.
