Ms. Conners attended The University of Notre Dame where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1994. She continued her education at Notre Dame where she obtained her J.D. from The University of Notre Dame Law School in 1997. As an undergraduate Ms. Conners was a member of the 1994 National Championship Fencing team.

After law school, Ms. Conners clerked for The Honorable John Sweeney of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County. Following her clerkship she practiced for nine years with a large, regional defense litigation firm concentrating on professional malpractice defense, environmental coverage, and products liability. Ms. Conners now concentrates on complex civil litigation, coverage, and environmental claims. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Conners is a lifelong resident of southern New Jersey, where she currently resides and is raising a family.
