Our coverage practice has substantial experience in a wide range of insurance disputes, including those involving construction defects, advertising injury, commercial insurance, intentional torts, additional insured provisions, vendors' endorsements, indemnification agreements, pollution exclusions and damages, bad faith claims, direct actions, contractual liability, "claims made" notice issues, allocation concerns, choice of law issues, primary versus excess coverage, analysis and reinsurance issues, and has both prosecuted and defended declaratory judgment actions.
