Following graduation from Villanova Law School in 1973, Mr. Fallon joined Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company Legal Department, specializing in defense of claims presented under the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act. Mr. Fallon entered private practice in 1975, limiting his practice to the defense of Workers' Compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurers and third party administrators. Mr. Fallon has a wealth of experience in Workers' Compensation Law, having limited his practice to Workers' Compensation for more than twenty-five years. Mr. Fallon is Chair of our Workers' Compensation Practice Group.
Mr. Fallon is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Workers' Compensation Section Member), the Philadelphia Bar Association (Workers' Compensation Section Member), the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Philadelphia Workers' Compensation Claims Association.
Outside of the office, Mr. Fallon enjoys downhill skiing, sailing and golf.
