Mr. Fischer was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey in 1979. He graduated from Clemson University, Cum Laude, with a B.A. in political science and earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden with Honors in 2005. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Fischer has concentrated in civil litigation and served as the municipal prosecutor for the Township of Deerfield in New Jersey.

Mr. Fischer has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the State of New Jersey since 2005.

In his spare time, he enjoys running and spending time with his wife and two sons.
