Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Franckhauser began his practice is southern West Virginia focusing on civil litigation in personal injury and commercial claims.. He has combined his extensive civil litigation skills with his general counsel experience to create a results driven practice. His role as national coordinating counsel for several Fortune 500 companies in mass tort litigation leaves him especially attuned to the necessity of coordinating short term issues with long term goals and strategies. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, & West Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Franckhauser is a member of American Corporate Counsel, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the West Virginia Bar Association and President Elect of the Duquesne University Law Alumni Association. He is also a mediator and arbitrator for the Courts of Common Pleas of West Virginia and the U.S. District for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Franckhauser is an avid golfer and enjoys time with his family and Knights of Columbus activities and events.
