JAY
M. GREEN Mr. Green graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Politics and American Studies from Brandeis University in 1990 and earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1993, graduating magna cum laude. Mr. Green was Case and Comment Editor of Villanova Law Review. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Green clerked for the Honorable James McGirr Kelly of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Following his clerkship, Mr. Green practiced at a large Philadelphia law firm, concentrating in complex commercial litigation. Mr. Green now concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil litigation, particularly mass tort litigation, drug and medical device litigation, and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In his spare time, Mr. Green enjoys sports, particularly football, and music. HOME
