Ms. Lecky is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Since graduation from law school, Ms. Lecky has concentrated in the area of general civil litigation in private practice, and also served as litigation counsel in the Division of Enforcement and Litigation of the Pennsylvania Securities Commission. She has extensive experience as a trial attorney and in appellate practice, and has appeared before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, as well as in Federal and State trial courts.

Ms. Lecky has served as chairperson of numerous arbitration panels in civil litigation cases, and has served in Court-appointed positions as Guardian and Administrator. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Virginia State Bar, and a member and former director of the Montgomery Bar Association of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Lecky is an active swimmer, sailor, water-skier, and bicyclist, and an avid reader and bridge enthusiast.
