In 1997, Mr. Madrid graduated from Colby College with a BA in Liberal Arts, a major in English and a concentration in pre-eighteenth century poetry.

In 2002, he graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During his time at law school he competed in and placed at the Regional Negotiation Challenge at Georgetown University, he represented asylum applicants while doing a clinical program at the Nationalities Service Center and clerked at the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia.

Mr. Madrid admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Madrid is an avid reader and sports fan, actively participating in volleyball, waffle ball and golf. He also enjoys gardening and fishing.
