Bruce McCullough is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania and is resident in the firm’s Wilmington office. Mr. McCullough has nearly 25 years of experience as a litigator and counselor and concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation, insurance and self-insured defense, corporate and commercial litigation, toxic tort defense, corporate bankruptcy (representing creditors and preference defendants), and subrogation.

Mr. McCullough graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. Mr. McCullough was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1983 and the Delaware Bar in 1992. Prior to joining Bodell, Bové, Grace & Van Horn, he was co-owner of a law firm in Wilmington for 12 years.

In his spare time Mr. McCullough is a runner, participating in 5Ks, 10Ks, 10-milers, and half-marathons.
