The BODELL BOVE LLC coverage practice, headed by Louis A. Bové, Marc J. Syken, and Brian A. Over the past 30 years, Louis Bové alone has authored over 1,000 coverage opinions addressing all aspects of commercial liability lines of insurance, and has handled more than 100 declaratory judgment actions.

Our coverage practice regularly provides clients with pre-litigation counseling services, including the early review and evaluation of current or potential insurance coverage and priorities issues.  We assist in drafting disclaimers of coverage and reservation of rights letters, and routinely negotiate resolutions of coverage issues on behalf of clients. Mr. Bové regularly serves as an insurance coverage expert witness or consultant addressing complicated coverage issues which often arise in this challenging area of litigation.
