In 2003, Mr. van der Kwast graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

In 2006, he graduated from Villanova University School of Law. During his time at law school he served as judicial extern for the Honorable U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge M. Faith Angell of United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and clerked at Kornblau & Kornblau, P.C.

Mr. van der Kwast is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. van der Kwast is an avid sports fan, actively participating in football, soccer, and golf and also enjoys scuba diving and fishing.
