Profile

Bruce McCullough is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania and is resident in the firm’s Wilmington office. Mr. McCullough has over 35 years of experience as a litigator and counselor and concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation, insurance coverage litigation and insured and and self-insured defense, corporate and commercial litigation, toxic tort defense, corporate bankruptcy (representing creditors and preference defendants), new business formation, and subrogation.

Mr. McCullough actively serves as Delaware counsel for out of state attorneys in a variety of matters in both state and federal courts in Delaware.  These cases encompass insurance coverage issues in Superior Court and U.S. District Court, corporate litigation in the Court of Chancery, and bankruptcy cases in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. McCullough was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1983 and the Delaware Bar in 1992. He also is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for Delaware and the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Bodell Bove LLC, he was co-owner of a law firm in Wilmington for 12 years.

For several years Mr. McCullough has been involved in pro bono representation of children through the Delaware Office of the Child Advocate, which provides legal representation on behalf of Delaware’s dependent, neglected, and abused children.
